  1. Revision of Logo Policy
    1. Twentydollarlogo.com offers free revision your logo/design if you are not satisfied with the results because of a discrepancy or misunderstanding in the requirements of your order.

  2. Refund Policy
    1. Twentydollarlogo.com offers a money-back guarantee to all customers. By submitting an order for a new logo at our site, you will qualify for the guarantee. Prior to submission and release of the final version of the new logo design to the customer, Twentydollarlogo.com will make available a working version, at which time the customer may then accept or reject the design. If a customer is unsatisfied with the design and subsequently rejects the design, the customer will receive a full refund of their payment for the logo design.
    2. The refund request MUST be made prior to the transmission of the final version of the design. Once the final design files are transferred, no refund will be available.
    3. The money-back guarantee is only available for first-time orders for new logos. This means if a customer is placing an order for a second time for the same logo as the first time, the money-back guarantee will not apply.
    4. Refunds are also available for money charged extra by error.

  3. Quality Assurance Policy
    1. In order to maintain a premium level of quality, our designers will follow your directions and requirements explicitly.
    2. Our designers rework and revise the ordered design until the customer is satisfied.

  4. Shipment Policy
    1. After acceptance of the design, we will send the final design files to the customer free of any additional charge.
    2. We deliver all final and customer approved designs via e-mail within 1 business day after approval of the design, but in most cases it will be much sooner than 1 business day.

  5. Record Policy
    1. We will keep a record of all final, approved designs once we provide the customer with the final design files.
    2. This allows the customer to acquire the final design at a later date at their request, should it become necessary.

  6. Liability Release Policy
    1. Upon ordering a custom logo from Twentydollarlogo.com, customer agrees that Twentydollarlogo.com makes no representations as to the validity or eligibility of the design for purposes of becoming a registered trademark.
    2. Twentydollarlogo.com is not a logo/design registration service. We have our customers' best interests in mind and will make every effort to create an original design. Customer agrees to release Twentydollarlogo.com from any liability resulting from any design that is in use currently.
    3. Twentydollarlogo.com creates logos based on a customer's specific directions and cannot be held liable for any legal consequences that customer may suffer as a result of any use of the custom logo.
    4. By ordering and accepting a custom design from Twentydollarlogo.com, customer agrees to release Twentydollarlogo.com and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates free from any and all liability arising from the use of the custom logo.

  7. Copyright Complaints
    1. Twentydollarlogo.com respects the intellectual property of others. If anyone browsing the site believes that their work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please review our Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Violation.

  8. Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Violation
    1. Twentydollarlogo.com respect the intellectual property of others. If any one browsing the site believes that their work has been copied in a way that result in copyright violation, please provide Twentydollarlogo.com the copyright agent, and the written information specified below.

      • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
      • A description of the copyrighted work that the person claims has been violated.
      • A description of where the material that the person claims is copied from is located on the site, including any other ID number, if applicable.
      • The person's address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
      • A statement by the person that s/he has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
      • A statement by the person, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in the person's notice is accurate and that the person is the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

    1. Twentydollarlogo.com reserves the right to make changes within the site and these policies at any time.
    2. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition or policy.
